The Gym
CHANGE is a brand new facility that provides a great training environment for all abilities.
Whilst creating CHANGE, our passion for fitness along with our attention to detail and quality has allowed us to design a market leading gym space to match every client’s needs. The Gym is split into 4 sections (Power Racks, Free Weights, Functional/HIIT & Cardio), this layout and flow is perfect for any workout. Showers, Changing Rooms and Lockers are provided for your convenience.
Together with a stylish reception and private consultation area for taking measurements, designing your training programme and client check-ins.
Functional/HIIT
Our coaches have put together some great HIIT workouts to help you get the most out of your training session.
Our HIIT workouts will provide you with a new level of training. Focussing on technique and safety, our coaches will be with you to help you reach optimal intensity. These sessions are perfect for gaining strength while quickly burning calories.
Ranging from 20-40 minutes, including top of the range kit such as SKIERGs, Assault Bikes, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells and more.
Free Weights
At CHANGE you’re in great hands when it comes to Free Weights Training.
With us, you will learn how to target muscle groups using new exercises with the correct techniques, this will play a big part in your progress.
We will help you gradually and routinely increase resistance while your body adapts and increases in strength.
Cardio
When it comes to improving your overall fitness we have a range of cardio equipment including Treadmills, Cross-Trainers, Exercise Bikes and Rowing Machines.
There are infinite benefits to including a good cardio workout in your routine. While good nutrition is essential for weight management, cardio can certainly help you shed pounds and improve your heart’s strength. This type of exercise can also help you reduce the risk of disease, increase lung capacity and is generally great for your mental health.
At CHANGE we will build cardio workouts into your routine in a way that is achievable for you.
POWER RACKS
Our Power Racks consist of Squat Racks, Bench Press and Deadlift Platforms and are ideal for powerlifters and performance athletes. These compound exercises are essential not just for the elite gym user but for everyone and anyone looking to make a change to their body shape and strength.
Reception & Changing Rooms
Our brand new facility comes with showers, changing rooms and lockers for your convenience. Together with stylish reception and private consultation areas for taking measurements, designing your training programmes and client check-ins.
