Our coaches come with elite sport backgrounds. Ranging from a semi pro footballer with 10 years in the personal training industry and a mother of 4 who’s part of the GB Powerlifting Team. We’ll couple you up with a coach that is best suited to you and your goals. Our coaches take time to understand your current fitness levels and lifestyle to design an appropriate training plan.
Meet Hakan
Hak is our most experienced personal trainer with 10 years in the industry. He has a great sporting background and still plays football at a semi-professional level.
Hak has worked with a range of different clients from professional athletes to gym newbies, guiding them to their goals.
“My philosophy is that anyone can change hence the name. I’ll push you just enough to help you reach your goal, whether that’s aesthetics, performance driven or your mental health. Don’t worry, we’ll have fun along the way!”
Meet Sinead
Sinead’s no stranger to making a change. And has over the last few years completely changed her lifestyle.
I’ve gone from being unhealthy, unfit & overweight, I’d never lifted a weight in my life & I was always afraid of stepping foot inside a gym. I now compete in powerlifting & have represented GB in Europe, winning medals along the way.
I’m a great believer in building good habits & pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, whether that’s in the gym or in your personal life.
I’ve gone from being an accountant, to a full time mother of four, to now being a PT and I can’t wait to help you build a positive foundation to tackle life head on & help you achieve your goals whatever they might be.
